Star Delta Transformers to Electrify Bhopal Region with ₹62 Crore Project

Star Delta Transformers Limited has secured a major order valued at ₹61,98,91,323.49 from Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL). The contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of various electrical infrastructure components, including new 11 KV lines, Low Tension (LT) lines using Aerial Bunched (AB) cables, distribution transformer substations, and associated civil and electrical works. Key supporting components include Distribution Poles (DPs), Transformer Platforms (TPs), and crossings.

This project is a part of MPMKVVCL’s Revamped Reforms-based and Results-linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS), under the Feeder Separation Program (FSP)—KfW Package IV Lot-I (Betul). The initiative focuses on separating 11 KV mixed feeders and mixed Distribution Transformers (DTRs) in the Bhopal region, aiming to enhance the efficiency and reliability of power distribution.

This significant order highlights Star Delta Transformers Limited’s robust capabilities and its growing role in advancing the power infrastructure landscape of Madhya Pradesh.
