Signature Global's ₹2,200 Cr. Cloverdale: Luxury Living Blooms on SPR

Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has announced an investment of ₹2,200 crore in a premium residential project named Cloverdale, located in Sector-71 along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurugram. The project spans eight acres as part of a larger 22-acre development.

Cloverdale will feature 770 luxury apartments priced between ₹4 crore and ₹7 crore, catering to the growing demand for high-end housing in the region. The project is expected to be completed by 2031.

Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal stated that strong demand for premium homes from credible developers continues to drive the company’s expansion strategy. The project has already achieved sales of over ₹2,700 crore.

Signature Global is targeting over 20% growth in pre-sales for the current financial year and plans a total investment of ₹4,000 crore, including ₹1,200–1,500 crore for land acquisition and ₹2,500 crore for construction.
