Shivalaya Construction has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) by the Bihar State Road Development Corporation Ltd. (BSRDCL) for a major infrastructure development project valued at ₹690.24 crore.
The project involves the widening and upgradation of State Highway-106 (formerly NH-30), spanning the Deedarganj–Fatuha–Bakhtiyarpur–Karzan road corridor. The scope includes expanding the existing roadway from km 0.000 to km 41.270 into a four-lane highway, significantly enhancing road capacity and safety.
Executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model, Shivalaya Construction will be responsible for the complete design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the project.
This key infrastructure initiative is expected to strengthen regional connectivity, reduce travel time, and support economic growth by facilitating more efficient movement of goods and passengers across important towns in Bihar.
