Serentica & SANY: Bringing 336 MW of Wind Energy to Karnataka

Serentica Renewables has selected SANY Renewable as the supplier of wind turbine generators (WTGs) for its upcoming 336 MW wind energy project in Karnataka.

The project will deploy state-of-the-art WTGs, each with a capacity of 4 MW, with deliveries expected to commence in December 2025. SANY Renewable, whose turbines are already operational across multiple sites in India, currently has an order book exceeding 3 GW, backed by partnerships with leading players in the country’s renewable energy space.

Akshay Hiranandani, CEO of Serentica Renewables, commented, “Our 336 MW wind project in Karnataka will significantly contribute to carbon reduction while offering a dependable green energy source to industrial consumers.
