Serene Communities has partnered with Gardencity Realty to develop a premium senior living community in Budigere, one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing residential corridors.
The project, spanning 3,00,000 sq. ft. of saleable area and carrying a gross development value of ₹300 crore, marks a key step in Serene Communities’ expansion within the senior living sector. The development will include 250 premium 2- and 3-BHK homes, priced from ₹80 lakh onwards. Construction is slated to begin following statutory approvals expected within the next six months. Designed around the principles of positive aging, the community will feature a spacious clubhouse, library, dining spaces, fitness amenities, therapy gardens, a spa, and a dedicated 24/7 health and wellness centre.
With strong connectivity to major IT hubs and Kempegowda International Airport, Budigere is emerging as a preferred destination for senior living. The area offers easy access to hospitals, retail centres, and leisure facilities. Over the next 3–5 years, Serene Communities plans to invest ₹500 crore in Bengaluru’s senior living market.
