Rossell Techsys Limited has announced a major expansion of its manufacturing operations through the lease of an additional facility located near its existing unit, aimed at supporting growing customer programmes and future business requirements.
The company said the expansion, disclosed on May 11, 2026, will significantly enhance its manufacturing capacity. Rossell Techsys currently has a total footprint of 2,55,000 sq ft, with around 1,75,000 sq ft already operational. The newly leased facility will add another 2,10,000 sq ft, taking the company’s total potential operational area to more than 4.6 lakh sq ft.
The expansion will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase, approximately 1,40,000 sq ft is expected to become operational within four to five months. The remaining 70,000 sq ft will be added during the second phase over the following eight to twelve months.
To support the project, the company has planned an investment of ₹30 crore, which will be funded through a combination of internal accruals and debt.
Rossell Techsys said the additional capacity is being created to meet execution requirements for several ongoing and upcoming customer programmes. The new facility will support key functions including production, quality assurance, logistics, and programme management, with the objective of improving throughput, coordination, and overall supply chain efficiency.
By securing a facility in close proximity to its current operations, the company expects to improve operational flexibility and execution efficiency. Rossell Techsys described the expansion as a strategic step aimed at strengthening capabilities and supporting long-term growth in the technology systems and aerospace manufacturing sector.
