₹1,166 Cr Darbhanga Elevated Project Seeks Bids

The Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC) has invited bids for the construction of an elevated corridor in Darbhanga district, Bihar. The proposed corridor will connect Darbhanga Railway Station to the Amas-Darbhanga Expressway.

The project involves the improvement and upgradation of the existing route to a two/four-lane elevated corridor. The alignment includes the stretch from Darbhanga Railway Station to the Amas-Darbhanga Expressway via Donar Chowk and Karpuri Chowk, as well as from Karpuri Chowk to Ekmi Chowk via Laheria Sarai Chowk and Lohiya Chowk. The work will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.

The estimated project cost is ₹1,165.96 crore, with a completion timeline of 36 months.

The deadline for bid submission is July 3, 2025.
