G S Express, based in Lucknow, has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder by the Planning Department of Uttar Pradesh for a residential construction project for High Court judges in Lucknow and Prayagraj.
The project, awarded on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, involves building 25 residences at Hahnemann Crossing, Gomtinagar, Lucknow, and 14 bungalows on Clive Road, Prayagraj.
The scope includes architectural and structural design, service design, securing statutory approvals, complete execution, and final handover of fully habitable units.
The project is to be completed within 18 months, followed by a three-year defect liability period.
Financial bids were opened on 31 May 2025, with G S Express quoting Rs 109.92 crore against the estimated tender cost of Rs 143 crore.
