Punjab University Gets ₹173 Cr Makeover by Globe Civil Projects

Globe Civil Projects has secured a significant contract valued at ₹172.99 crore from NBCC (India) for comprehensive infrastructure development at the Central University of Punjab, located in Village Ghudda, Bathinda district.

The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract includes the construction of major institutional and residential facilities, such as:

A 400-seater Girls' Hostel, A 600-seater Boys' Hostel,, A 100-seater International Students' Hostel, An Academic Block, The Vice Chancellor’s Residence

In addition, the project covers extensive external development across the campus. The entire project is slated for completion within approximately 21 months.

This contract reinforces Globe Civil Projects’ strong track record and technical expertise in delivering large-scale educational and institutional infrastructure across India.
