Prestige Acquires 2.35-Acre Mulund Plot for ₹110.75 Cr

Prestige Mulund Realty, a subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., has completed the acquisition of a 9,497 sq. m. (2.35-acre) industrial land parcel in Mulund West for ₹110.75 crore. The transaction was executed with sellers Shamvik Glasstech and General Glass Company, as per property registration records.

The acquired land—which features an existing built-up structure of 4,638 sq. m.—is strategically located near Prestige Group’s flagship 30-acre township, Prestige City. Under the structured agreement, the total consideration includes cash as well as 14 residential apartments and 28 car parking spaces within Prestige City.

This acquisition positions Prestige Estates to further scale its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by extending the township footprint or developing a new phase within the high-demand Mulund residential corridor.
