ONE Group Adds Land, Boosts Revenue by ₹600 Cr in Mohali

Delhi-NCR-based ONE Group Developers has signed a supplementary agreement for an additional 4.38-acre land parcel as part of its flagship 150-acre residential project, ONE City Hamlet, located in Sector 98, Mohali.

The newly acquired land adds approximately 10 lakh sq. ft. of built-up development potential, with an estimated revenue generation of ₹600 crore. This strategic expansion strengthens the project’s overall master plan and further consolidates ONE Group’s land holdings in one of Mohali’s most premium real estate zones.

The enhanced project footprint not only elevates the development’s value proposition but also positions the company for accelerated growth amid rising demand for quality residential spaces in the Chandigarh–Mohali region.

The development is expected to significantly contribute to ONE Group’s future revenue streams, reflecting the company’s focus on strategic land acquisition and sustainable urban growth.
