New Tech Horizons: The Sandbox Ceremony at Cyberpark

The land transfer and project launch ceremony for Sandbox’s mini tech park at the Government Cyberpark will be held on Monday (March 9, 2026) at 5 p.m. at Sahya Hall inside the Cyberpark campus.

Santhosh Babu, Managing Director of Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited, will attend the event as the chief guest.

The mini tech park, being developed by Sandbox, will be the first private co-developer project at the Government Cyberpark. The proposed facility will feature a Grade A technology workspace with a built-up area of around 30,000 square feet.

The project is intended to provide modern office infrastructure for technology companies, global enterprises, start-ups, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). It will be designed as an eco-friendly and energy-efficient building, planned as a LEED-certified green structure with contemporary amenities.

Officials stated that the project will help create a modern working environment for technology firms while also generating new employment opportunities in the region.
