NBCC Bags ₹55.02 Cr IOB Project in Raipur

NBCC (India) has secured a project management consultancy (PMC) contract for the construction of a new Regional Office of Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The contract, valued at ₹55.02 crore (excluding GST), entails end-to-end project management services, including planning, design coordination, execution, and final delivery. The completed facility is expected to strengthen IOB’s operational infrastructure and service capabilities in the region.

The project will be executed in accordance with stringent project management standards to ensure timely completion and efficient delivery. This contract further reinforces NBCC’s strong footprint in the infrastructure sector and highlights its expertise in handling complex, high-value projects across India.
