Pune-based real estate developer Gokhale Constructions has acquired a 3.5-acre land parcel in Model Colony for ₹300 crore. The site, formerly owned by the Seth Hirachand Nemchand Smarak Trust and home to the Seth Hirachand Nemchand Digambar Jain Boarding, is centrally located and poised for transformation.
Founded by Vishal Gokhale, the company plans to develop 1.6 million sq. ft. of ultra-premium residential space complemented by select high-end retail offerings. With projected revenue of ₹2,500 crore, the development aims to redefine luxury living in Pune. Condominium prices will start at ₹7 crore, reflecting the project's exclusivity.
Gokhale Constructions has delivered over 200 residential projects, housing more than 5,000 families in Pune’s core areas. The firm is currently developing 2 million sq. ft. of residential and 3 million sq. ft. of commercial space, reinforcing its leadership in the city’s real estate market.
