Reliance MET City has launched Metropolis by MET City, a large-scale integrated mixed-use development at Daryapur in Haryana’s Jhajjar district, aimed at creating a new urban hub within the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).
The project forms part of a 140-acre master-planned development comprising residential and industrial components. In the first phase, approximately 100 acres are being rolled out, offering residential plots ranging from 112 to 179 square yards. The development also includes dedicated industrial plots targeted at industrial investors operating within the expanding MET City ecosystem.
Strategically located near AIIMS Badsa and the proposed Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor, the project offers strong connectivity to Gurugram and other key NCR locations. Residential plot prices are in the range of ₹99,000 to ₹1.10 lakh per square yard.
The project is being developed on a self-funded basis by Reliance MET City Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited.
Commenting on the launch, Shrivallabh Goyal, CEO and Whole-Time Director of Reliance MET City, said, “We are creating more than just a residential project; this is a well-planned city designed to enable people to live close to their workplaces and future opportunities.”
