Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has acquired a 13.46-acre land parcel in Pune’s rapidly growing Nande-Mahalunge area.

The site offers a development potential of approximately ₹3,500 crore, reinforcing Mahindra Lifespaces’ strategy to expand in key growth corridors. According to Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer – Residential, the Mahalunge-Nande-Maan region is one of Pune’s most dynamic micro-markets, driven by strong housing demand, robust infrastructure, and excellent connectivity.

Located within the PMRDA Town Planning Scheme, the land benefits from proximity to the upcoming Inner Ring Road and the Hinjewadi IT hub, enhancing its strategic appeal. The area is also well-supported by quality social infrastructure, including Delhi Public School, Mahindra International School, and the Symbiosis Centre for Management.
