Krisumi City Expands: A ₹4,500 Crore Leap Into Ultra-Luxury Living

Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, has launched the fifth and sixth phases of its luxury township project, Krisumi City, located along Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.

Branded as “The Forest Reserve,” the newly introduced phases span approximately 1.67 million sq. ft. and are projected to generate around ₹4,000 crore in revenue. The company plans to invest an additional ₹4,500 crore over the next six to seven years as part of the larger 33.5-acre development. Upon completion, the township is expected to comprise 2,772 residential units across multiple phases.

The latest phases will feature around 550 units, including three- and four-LDK apartments, along with premium penthouses ranging from 4,500 to 6,000 sq. ft. The project draws inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of Chinju-no-mori, emphasising nature-integrated living within an urban environment.

Earlier phases, marketed as Waterfall Residences, have already delivered approximately 1,800 units, with possession underway and residents beginning to move in. Krisumi Corporation aims to complete all 15 towers of the township by 2032. According to Ashok Kapur, Chairman of Krishna Group and Krisumi Corporation, the company has invested about ₹2,500 crore so far and plans a total investment of ₹7,000 crore across all six phases.
