KPDL Enters Bhugaon: A ₹850 Cr Residential Play

Kolte-Patil Developers (KPDL), a leading real estate developer headquartered in Pune with a strong footprint across Mumbai and Bengaluru, has entered into a joint development agreement for a residential project in Bhugaon, Pune.

The proposed development will span approximately 1.1 million square feet and is estimated to generate a gross developable value (GDV) of around ₹850 crore. Bhugaon is rapidly emerging as a sought-after residential hub, offering a harmonious mix of scenic surroundings and robust urban connectivity. The project site is strategically located near established neighborhoods such as Bavdhan and Kothrud and enjoys seamless access to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and Shivaji Nagar railway station. Additionally, the area is well-supported by major employment centers, reputed educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and entertainment zones.
