Kerala's Healthcare Boost: KSEB Invites Bids for Mattannur Hospital Completion

The Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) has issued an invitation for bids for the remaining work on the construction of a specialty hospital at Mattannur, located in Kannur district, Kerala.

The scope of work includes all related MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services and utilities for the Health & Family Welfare Department of the Government of Kerala. The hospital is situated behind the Revenue Tower, near Mattannur Town. The project is valued at Rs 76.93 crore, with an expected completion timeline of 15 months, starting from either the date of site handover or the 15th day after the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), whichever occurs later.

The last date for submitting bids is 12th March 2025.
