Jeetendra Family Sells Andheri Land to NTT for ₹855 Crore

Veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family-owned firms—Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers—have sold a prime land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, for ₹855 crore. The transaction, registered in May 2025, was confirmed through property documents accessed via the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal.

The deal comprises two adjoining land parcels totaling 9,664.68 square meters (approximately 2.39 acres), currently occupied by Balaji IT Park. The site includes three existing buildings with a combined built-up area of 45,572.14 square meters (around 4.90 lakh square feet). The sale attracted a stamp duty of ₹8.69 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.

The buyer, NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India (formerly Netmagic IT Services), is a global provider of cloud computing, data management, cybersecurity, application development, and hosting services. Strategically located in Andheri—a major commercial and residential hub—the property offers excellent connectivity to the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro corridor.
