Inox Green Secures Landmark 182 MW O&M Deal

Inox Green Energy has signed a landmark agreement with a prominent Indian conglomerate for the comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of 182 MW of operational wind energy assets located across multiple sites in western India.

The deal covers two key components: the conversion of 82 MW from limited-scope to comprehensive O&M, and the early renewal of comprehensive O&M services for an additional 100 MW. All projects are connected to shared infrastructure owned by Inox Green, and the contract will extend through the remaining operational life of the assets.

CEO S.K. Mathu Sudhana hailed the agreement as a strategic milestone, emphasizing that the entire fleet of wind projects with this major client has now returned under Inox Green’s management. He noted that this reflects evolving industry dynamics and growing trust in the company’s capabilities.

This agreement not only expands Inox Green’s long-term service portfolio but also reinforces its position in India’s wind O&M market. It supports the company’s strategy to leverage its technical expertise and infrastructure to ensure maximized efficiency, asset reliability, and sustained client partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
