Experian, an Ireland-based data and technology service provider, has announced the expansion of its Global Innovation Centre (GIC) in Hyderabad. The new 85,000 sq. ft. facility, which is more than twice the size of its previous office, will focus on key areas such as fintech, analytics, decisioning, identity management, and fraud prevention.
Operating on a follow-the-sun delivery model, the GIC offers round-the-clock services and leads initiatives in cloud migration, standardized data platforms, process automation, and operational excellence. The centre also plays a vital role in adopting emerging technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI), agile methodologies, Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps), and Site Reliability Engineering to build scalable solutions.
Alexander Lintner, CEO of Technology Software Services and Innovation at Experian, commented on the expansion: “This expansion aligns with our strategic vision to strengthen our position as an innovation powerhouse. Serving all Experian regions globally, the GIC is dedicated to creating world-class products and delivering them at scale through integrated, value-added solutions and sophisticated platforms that combine advanced capabilities.”
With this expansion, Experian further solidifies its commitment to innovation, global service delivery, and positioning Hyderabad as a prominent technology hub.
