HoABL's ₹1,400 Cr. Bet on Affordable Housing in Naigaon

Mumbai-based House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced a ₹1,400 crore investment in an affordable housing project in Naigaon, located approximately an hour from Dadar. The development, named Growth Housing, will span two million sq. ft. and deliver 4,000 residential units, with full completion targeted by 2029 across three sales phases.

The project’s first phase, launched in partnership with Mittal Builders, involves a ₹200 crore investment and has already garnered strong interest—receiving 8,838 registrations for 1,419 homes. Notably, the entire customer journey is managed through a fully digital, AI-driven platform, reflecting HoABL’s commitment to innovation in the housing sector. The initiative aims to redefine the affordable housing space by combining affordability with aspirational living.

Looking ahead, HoABL is evaluating seven additional sites across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including one near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, for similar affordable housing developments. One location is currently under negotiation, while six others remain in early-stage assessment.

This project underscores HoABL’s broader strategy to expand its presence in the affordable housing segment through tech-enabled solutions and strategic partnerships, addressing the growing demand for quality, accessible housing in urban India.
