Hero Realty, through its subsidiary Vikas Parks, has acquired 8.71 acres of land in Sector 99, Mohali, via a GMADA auction for ₹262.75 crore. The company plans to launch a new residential project on the site, further strengthening its presence in the Tricity region.
CEO Rohit Kishore emphasized Mohali’s strategic importance and reaffirmed Hero Realty’s commitment to expanding across Northern India. The company has already delivered 544 units in Phase 1 of its Hero Homes project in Sector 88, with Phase 2 handovers underway and Phase 3 recently launched. This latest acquisition continues that growth trajectory in Punjab’s competitive real estate market.
Beyond Mohali, Hero Realty is active in Ludhiana and the NCR, with notable developments like The Palatial on Dwarka Expressway. Currently, the company is developing 5.2 million sq. ft. of residential space across NCR and Punjab, in addition to having delivered 230 acres of industrial parks in Haridwar and over six million sq. ft. of projects nationwide.
