Green Light for Dona Paula’s ₹57.9 Cr International Convention Project

The vision for Dona Paula's world-class International Convention Centre and Hotel complex reaches a crucial milestone. Blue Crest Properties (a DB Realty SPV) has formally executed the concession agreement with the Government of Goa's PPP Department on 28 July 2026.

backed by a ₹57.90 crore Performance Bank Guarantee in line with the March 2026 LOA, the project is officially moving into development under a comprehensive DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Transfer) model.
