Goregaon Goes Grand: Arkade's ₹3,000 Crore Vision at Filmistan

Arkade Developers has signed a binding agreement to acquire the iconic Filmistan Studios for approximately ₹183 crore. The acquisition includes a prime four-acre land parcel on SV Road in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Arkade plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential development on the site by calendar year 2026.

The proposed project will comprise premium 3, 4, and 5 BHK residences, along with exclusive penthouses, housed in two 50-storey high-rise towers. With a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore, the development is poised to become a landmark in Mumbai’s luxury real estate landscape, particularly in the western suburbs.

Goregaon has rapidly evolved into a sought-after residential hub, thanks to its strategic location and superior connectivity—offering easy access to the Western Express Highway, multiple metro lines, and key commercial districts such as Mindspace, BKC, and Andheri.

The area also boasts robust social infrastructure, including reputed schools, hospitals, shopping malls, entertainment venues, and green spaces like Aarey Forest, further enhancing its appeal for premium homebuyers.
