Godrej Properties has acquired a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur, marking its third land acquisition in the city in the past four years.
The project will primarily comprise plotted residential developments, offering 1.7 million sq. ft. of saleable area with an estimated revenue potential of ₹755 crore. With this acquisition, the company has exceeded its FY26 business development target of ₹20,000 crore. Strategically located near the Samruddhi Mahamarg and MIHAN SEZ, the site benefits from strong connectivity to major highways and the airport.
Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said, “Nagpur continues to strengthen its position as an important centre for infrastructure and industrial development, supported by improving connectivity and rising residential demand.” The acquisition underscores the company’s strategy to expand its presence in emerging high-growth markets across India.
