Experience Unrivaled Luxury at CRC The Peridona

Noida-based CRC Group has announced the launch of its flagship ultra-luxury residential project, CRC The Peridona, located in the prestigious Jaypee Greens township, Greater Noida. The project is expected to generate a revenue potential of ₹3,200 crore.

With an investment of ₹1,500 crore (excluding land cost), the development will be financed through a mix of internal accruals and construction finance. Spread over seven acres, the project will comprise seven towers, each rising to approximately 42 floors and reaching a height of 160 metres. The total built-up area is estimated at 3.1 million sq. ft., of which 2.1 million sq. ft. will be saleable. The remaining space will be dedicated to landscaped green zones, including a nature park and a golf course.

Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO of CRC Group, said, “These ultra-luxury residences will start at over 4,900 sq. ft. for 4BHK units, with expansive duplexes of around 10,000 sq. ft., and two signature villas of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. each.” The project will also feature a 1 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, an 18-hole night golf course, and premium homes with views of both the golf course and the nature park.

CRC has brought on board globally renowned partners including Killa Design, Rockwell Group, Gensler Architects, SWA Group, and MACE for world-class design and project management, positioning CRC The Peridona as one of the most iconic luxury developments in the region.
