Delta & TNSDC Join Forces: Boosting Tamil Nadu's Tech Talent

Delta Electronics India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.

Formalized in the presence of Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, senior officials, and industry leaders, the CoE will offer advanced skill training in areas such as Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM), PLC programming, industrial automation, and robotics. The initiative is designed to bridge the industry-academia gap by providing practical, employment-focused training to local youth.

Training programs, lasting three to six months, will be co-developed by Delta’s industry experts and aligned with global certification standards. Learners will benefit from hands-on experience with Delta’s industrial-grade equipment, ensuring they are workforce-ready upon completion.
