DBL Secures ₹160 Crore 6-Lane Diversion Road Project in Odisha

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) announced today that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation (OB&CC) for a major highway project in Sundargarh district, Odisha.

Under the terms of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreement, DBL will construct a six-lane diversion road alongside service roads on the Duduka-Gopalpur-Toparia Road corridor (km 4.700 to km 11.500). The project value is set at ₹160.20 crore (plus applicable GST) with a designated execution period of 18 months.

In a regulatory disclosure, the company affirmed that the transaction is conducted at arm’s length, with no promoter or group interest in the client entity. This win bolsters DBL's ongoing road infrastructure pipeline as it prepares to report its Q1 FY27 financial results on August 10, 2026.
