Real estate developer County Group has announced an investment of ₹1,800 crore to develop a high-end residential project named Jade County in Wave City, Ghaziabad. Spanning 13.33 acres, the project will feature around 1,000 housing units with a total saleable area of 30 lakh square feet.
In a statement released on June 4, 2025, the company confirmed it acquired the land parcel from Wave Group for ₹400 crore. The site is located within the expansive 4,200-acre Wave City township, which has attracted several developers for residential ventures.
Strategically situated along the NH24 corridor, Jade County benefits from excellent connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida, further enhanced by infrastructure upgrades like the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and proximity to Hindon Airport.
County Group, which has already delivered 18 million sq. ft. of real estate across Delhi-NCR, continues to expand its footprint in the region. This investment reflects its commitment to meeting the rising demand for well-connected, premium housing in the NCR.
