Century Real Estate has announced a ₹3,000 crore mixed-use development in Marathahalli, East Bengaluru, spanning 14 acres along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) tech corridor.
The project will feature 1.7 million sq. ft. of premium residential space with 750 apartments, alongside 0.5 million sq. ft. of commercial and retail areas, creating an integrated ecosystem tailored for Bengaluru’s tech professionals. The site offers excellent connectivity, including access to the upcoming Namma Metro Phase 2A, making it strategically positioned for the city’s growing workforce.
Designed in collaboration with global urban planning firm Belt Collins, the development will include sustainable, walkable spaces that seamlessly blend residential and commercial zones. This initiative reflects Century Real Estate’s ongoing commitment to creating future-ready, high-value urban destinations in key growth corridors.
