Brigade Group has unveiled its latest residential development, Brigade Stellaris, spread across a 5.19-acre land parcel on Velachery Road in Chennai. The project is fully owned by the company and has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,700 crore, according to an official statement.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, stated that the development underscores the group’s continued commitment to quality construction and enhanced urban living. She noted that as the company strengthens its footprint in Chennai, the focus remains on delivering premium residential offerings aligned with the evolving aspirations of modern homebuyers, while contributing to the city’s dynamic and well-connected neighbourhood landscape.
Brigade Stellaris represents a further expansion of Brigade Group’s presence in Chennai, catering to premium residential buyers seeking contemporary, well-connected living environments.
