Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project on a 5.6-acre land parcel in Kompally, a rapidly developing residential corridor in North Hyderabad.
The proposed development is estimated to have a revenue potential of approximately Rs 850 crore and is aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-quality, sustainable, and modern housing in the region. Brigade Group plans to transform the site into a landmark residential community featuring contemporary architecture, premium amenities, and integrated lifestyle infrastructure.
The project further strengthens Brigade Group’s expansion strategy in Hyderabad, where the company has been steadily expanding its footprint across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail segments. Brigade entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and subsequently expanded through developments such as Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Brigade Enclave, and Brigade Manor. The company had also recently announced another four-acre residential project in Neopolis, which is currently in the advanced design stage.
Brigade Group has outlined plans to invest nearly Rs 5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next three to four years to accelerate growth across multiple real estate verticals. The company expects North Hyderabad to witness strong long-term demand driven by improving infrastructure, enhanced connectivity, and rapid urban development.
