Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,900 crore.

This is the company’s third Net Zero residential development in Bengaluru, further strengthening its presence in one of its core markets. Mahindra Blossom offers thoughtfully designed two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes that emphasise modern living, comfort, and sustainability. The project features spacious, cross-ventilated layouts, expansive balconies, and select residences with walk-in wardrobes and 20-foot-long balconies. Sustainability is central to the development, with climate-responsive architecture and Vaastu-compliant planning integrated throughout.

Strategically located near the Hopefarm–Channasandra Metro Station, the project provides seamless connectivity to major IT hubs and easy access to schools, hospitals, and retail destinations within a five-kilometre radius.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, jogging tracks, a pet park, and high-street retail spaces. Pre-certified for IGBC Green Homes and Net Zero Waste, Mahindra Blossom reflects Mahindra Lifespaces’ commitment to environmentally responsible and future-ready living.

Commenting on the launch, Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer – Residential, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, said, “Bengaluru is a key market in our strategy to scale residential development across strong, end-user-driven cities.”
