Telangana Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGEWIDC) has invited bids for the construction of the Young India Integrated Residential School (YIIRS) Complex in the Nalgonda Assembly Constituency, Nalgonda district.
The project scope includes the construction of:
Academic block, Dormitory block, Dining-cum-kitchen and utility block, Multipurpose hall, Parents' waiting hall, Security room
Residential facilities: 4 principal quarters (3-BHK), 48 staff quarters (2-BHK), and 8 quarters (1-BHK)
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 141.39 crore, with a completion timeline of 18 months.
