Bansal Construction Wins ₹676 Crore PM MITRA Park Project

Bansal Construction Works has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for Package I of the PM MITRA Park project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, with a bid value of ₹676.36 crore.

The contract, issued by the Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation, involves the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of internal infrastructure works on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis.

The project is part of the PM MITRA (Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel) initiative launched by the Central Government to establish world-class textile parks equipped with modern infrastructure, aiming to boost India's textile and apparel industry.

This development is expected to catalyze the creation of a robust industrial ecosystem in the region, attract significant investments, and generate large-scale employment. With Bansal Construction securing the L1 position, the project is now poised to enter its execution phase, further solidifying the company’s presence in major infrastructure development initiatives.
