Bajel Projects Triples Galvanization Capacity in ₹170 Cr Push

Bajel Projects has announced a major expansion of its galvanisation operations at its Ranjangaon facility in Maharashtra, aiming to scale up capacity from 40,500 TPA to 1,10,000 TPA by the end of FY27.

The nearly threefold increase will be implemented in phases between Q4 FY26 and Q4 FY27, supported by a total investment of ₹170 crore, funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt. The expansion responds to strong demand, with the current plant operating at 98% utilisation.

This announcement follows Bajel’s recent win of a ‘mega’ EPC order valued between ₹300 crore and ₹400 crore for a 400 kV transmission line under the REZ Phase IV system in the Bikaner Complex. The 99-km Siwani–Jind transmission line (TL04 package) is scheduled for delivery within 18 months.
