Arisinfra reported strong performance across its materials and services businesses in Q2 FY26, reflecting continued growth momentum.
In the materials segment, monthly demand remained robust, with contract manufacturing rising to 44%, up from 41% year-on-year. On the services front, the company achieved key milestones, including the Rs 250 crore Merusri Sunscape project in Bengaluru and the Rs 200 crore Arsh Greens villa project. Arisinfra also expanded its full-stack real estate partnerships, unlocking over Rs 12,000 crore in value through collaborations with Transcon Group and Amogaya Projects. Execution highlights included record sales at Bodhii Tree Villa Plots and the successful completion of the Ayana95 project, which received a GRI Award for excellence.
The company’s integrated order book now stands at Rs 850 crore, covering 2.5 million sq. ft. of development with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,400 crore. Arisinfra remains focused on enhancing operational efficiency and scaling its supply–services–tech model to drive sustained growth.
