Arete Design's Masterpiece: Marbella Royce

Ar. Tripat Girdhar, Principal Architect at Arete Design Studio, has partnered with Garg Builders and Promoters to design Marbella Royce, an ultra-luxury residential tower poised to become North India’s tallest, standing at 42 storeys and featuring a helipad. Located in Sector 83A, IT City, Mohali, the project has been officially recognised by the Government of Punjab as the Region’s First Iconic Building.

Spread across 8.01 acres along a 200-ft-wide arterial road, Marbella Royce will be a low-density development comprising two open-corner towers that maximise natural light, ventilation, and panoramic views. Residences include 4-bedroom apartments, sky villas, and presidential suites, ranging in size from 3,120 to 9,400 sq. ft., with premium finishes such as Italian tiles, modular kitchens, and smart-home automation.

“Marbella Royce represents a forward-looking vision of what urban luxury living can and should be,” said Ar. Girdhar, highlighting the project's blend of design innovation and lifestyle sophistication.

A 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will anchor community living, offering a spa, concierge services, yoga centre, mini theatre, and more. Additional amenities include infinity pools, landscaped parks, and sports courts. Sustainability is a key focus, with features such as EV charging stations, rainwater harvesting systems, and advanced fire safety measures.

Constructed using MIVAN technology for enhanced build quality and efficiency, Marbella Royce is scheduled for completion by 2030. The project also offers excellent connectivity to Infosys campus, Plaksha University, Chandigarh International Airport, and Mohali Railway Station.
