Aranyaka's Rs 1,400 Crore Luxury Second-Home Expansion

Gurugram-based real estate developer Aranyaka is set to roll out three high-end second-home projects worth over Rs 1,400 crore across Rajasthan, Goa, and Himachal Pradesh, targeting buyers seeking nature-connected, high-quality living spaces.

As part of its expansion, Aranyaka will soon launch two new developments — Sway, near Naugaon in Rajasthan’s Alwar district, offering a mix of plots and farmhouses; and Socorro, a 26-villa ultra-luxury enclave in North Goa, with each villa priced around Rs 12.5 crore. The Himachal Pradesh project is slated for launch between January and March 2026.

The company plans to invest Rs 300 crore over the next three years in land acquisition, infrastructure, and construction.

“Second homes are not just about escaping the city, but about reconnecting with yourself in a space that feels peaceful, rooted, and real,” said Biju Menon, Co-founder of Aranyaka. The developer currently owns 180 acres across four projects, comprising over 200 plots.
