AMC Bids Open: The ₹81 Crore Transformation of Thakarnagar.

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has invited bids for the construction of an auditorium at TP No. 124C, FP No. 31 in Thakarnagar Ward, North Zone, Ahmedabad.

The project, estimated at ₹81.11 crore, includes civil and public health engineering (PHE) works and is expected to be completed within 30 months. The scope covers a wide range of construction and finishing activities, including structural steel fabrication and painting to meet modern standards.

Additional components include the installation of glass panels, wooden lead-lined door frames, signage, and external cladding, ensuring a well-equipped and contemporary facility.

The project is part of AMC’s broader initiative to strengthen social infrastructure and provide modern public amenities in the city.

The last date for submission of bids is April 27, 2026.
