Alivaa Hotels: A New Chapter of Growth with Xenious Investment

Alivaa Hotels & Resorts, an upscale hospitality brand backed by Ananta Capital, has announced an investment in Xenious Hotels, marking a significant expansion in India’s mid-to-upscale hospitality sector.

With this integration, Xenious Hotels will now operate under the Alivaa platform, advancing Alivaa’s multi-brand strategy and widening its reach across the country. Vikramjit Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of Alivaa Hotels & Resorts, stated, "This deal is more than just an expansion – it is a decisive step toward our mission of building one of the fastest-growing mid-market hospitality platforms in India." He emphasised that Xenious is known for its "warm service, well-maintained properties, and eclectic dining options," and that Alivaa will amplify these strengths to bring high-quality hospitality to new markets. 

Currently, Alivaa operates 16 hotels and plans to scale to 100 hotels within five years, reflecting its long-term growth vision.
