Arvind Gears Up for Massive Garment Division Expansion

Ahmedabad-headquartered Arvind (Lalbhai Group) is formulating a major expansion roadmap for its garment division. Key short-term priorities over the next three to four quarters include maximizing existing brownfield capacity. Concurrently, management is assessing one or two greenfield projects described as unprecedented in scope. Speaking at the Q2 FY27 earnings call, Vice-Chairman Punit Lalbhai confirmed that a structured model aiming for 25 percent garment business growth is currently in development and expected to roll out in the coming quarters.
