Trehan IRIS is gearing up for nationwide growth by expanding its high-end wellness residential brand, Omara. Following its 5.08-acre land purchase from HSIIDC in early 2024, the Gurugram developer is targeting Noida for its next flagship project early next financial year, before entering the Bengaluru market. Led by Executive Directors Abhishek Trehan and Aman Trehan, Trehan IRIS is also diversifying into hospitality with a new hotel development planned for Bengaluru.
