Monetisation Mastery: CPCL Clears ₹35,000 Cr in NHAI Assets.

Chaitanya Projects Consultancy (CPCL) has completed the technical due diligence for more than 2,250 km of national highways across India under the National Highways Authority of India’s (NHAI) asset monetisation programme.

The assessed highways—valued at over ₹35,000 crore—span multiple states including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal. Key stretches covered in the review include Lalitpur–Lakhnadon, Gwalior–Jhansi, and Chitradurga–Hubballi, among others. CPCL’s evaluation encompassed technical, financial, and environmental parameters, ensuring each corridor met benchmarks for structural soundness and investment readiness.

Sanjay Kumar Sinha, founder and Managing Director of CPCL, highlighted the significance of data-backed and sustainable infrastructure planning. He noted that the successful monetisation of these assets not only helps generate capital for future infrastructure projects but also boosts investor confidence in India’s broader asset recycling initiatives.
