KVN Properties, led by Venkat K Narayana, has entered into a development management agreement (DMA) with Assetz Group to jointly develop a premium residential project in North Bengaluru, spanning approximately one million sq. ft. and valued at ₹1,000 crore.
This partnership marks a significant step in KVN's strategic goal to develop 10 million sq. ft. of residential real estate in FY 2025–26. The company had earlier announced a 3.4 million sq. ft. joint development with Puravankara Group, bringing its tied-up development portfolio to 4.4 million sq. ft. so far.
Under the terms of the agreement, KVN will finance land acquisition and construction, while Assetz will lead as Development Manager, leveraging its design expertise and brand strength to deliver a high-quality urban living experience.

The project, planned as a single-phase development, is expected to commence after receiving all necessary approvals, including RERA registration, and is projected to be completed in three to four years.
KVN Properties is continuing its expansion in Bengaluru, which has recorded a 14% year-on-year rise in residential prices, and is also evaluating growth opportunities in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
