Lodha Developers (formerly Macrotech Developers) has acquired five land parcels during the first quarter of FY26, earmarked for residential development with a total gross development value (GDV) of ₹22,700 crore.
While the company has not specified whether the acquisitions were outright purchases or joint ventures with landowners, the move aligns with Lodha’s ongoing strategy to capitalise on rising housing demand in key Indian cities. In FY25, the developer secured 10 land parcels with a total sales potential of ₹23,700 crore.
With these latest acquisitions, Lodha has already achieved over 90% of its FY26 target of adding ₹25,000 crore worth of new projects. “With further strengthening of our launch pipeline, we remain on track to achieve our FY26 pre-sales guidance of ₹21,000 crore,” the company stated.
