Casagrand has announced the launch of two new residential communities in Chennai, strengthening its presence across both the luxury apartment and villa segments.
The company unveiled Casagrand Aquagrove, a premium resort-style waterfront apartment development overlooking Puzhal Lake in North Chennai, along with Casagrand Glenmere, a contemporary villa community located in South Chennai.
Situated in Madhavaram, Casagrand Aquagrove is being positioned as Chennai’s first waterfront promenade development overlooking the 4,500-acre Puzhal Lake, offering a resort-inspired lifestyle in North Chennai. Spread across 6.7 acres, the project features 544 premium high-rise apartments in 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, designed to provide panoramic lake views along with abundant natural light and ventilation.
According to the company, homes at the development are priced from ₹89 lakh onwards.
