Godrej Properties Lands Big in Panipat: ₹600 Cr Deal for 40 Acres!

Godrej Properties has acquired a 40-acre licensed land parcel in Panipat, Haryana, for ₹600 crore, marking its 11th project acquisition in FY25. The site offers a potential developable area of approximately 3 million sq. ft., where the company plans to undertake a plotted residential development.

This acquisition reflects Godrej Properties’ strategic expansion into high-potential Tier II cities, driven by the availability of affordable land, improving infrastructure, and rising demand for premium and luxury housing beyond metro markets.

In a separate development in October 2024, the company also emerged as the highest bidder for a prime luxury housing plot on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, through an e-auction conducted by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), further reinforcing its presence in key markets across Haryana.
